Real estate is in Matt Hardke's blood as a 3rd generation real estate broker and the son of a real estate attorney. In addition to selling luxury homes, he has a successful commercial real estate practice focusing on Southern California retail and industrial assets and single-tenant net-leased "NNN" investments across the U.S. Matt has a unique hybrid relationship of commercial-residential with our clients, many of whom have commercial and industrial properties to sell, buy, or lease.
Matt grew up in Newport Beach and graduated from CDM High School in 2007, playing football and lacrosse. He received the first annual Gratzinger Award & Scholarship for his sportsmanship and dedication to the game and team.
Matt graduated from Loyola Marymount (LMU) in 2007 with a major in Environmental Science, and quickly met his wife, Malak, with whom he shares two adorable daughters, Layla and Lucia (2 and 4); all reside in Newport Beach.
Matt is an active board member and chairman of Balboa Yacht Club's J-Flag (under 40) program, is very involved in boating, and runs the Little Lido Boat Company. He is an avid golfer, a proud member of the Los Caballeros horseback riding club, which rides annually on Catalina Island, and most importantly, is a wonderful and extremely involved dad.
